Ordering Process & Program Overview

Welcome to the Weatherguard Employee Team Shop! This store allows team members to order approved company apparel and select marketing materials as part of the Weatherguard employee program. Below is a quick guide explaining how the ordering process works.

ORDERING APPAREL

Each eligible employee will receive a digital gift card that can be used toward approved Weatherguard apparel items in the store.

How it works:

1. Browse the apparel section of the store.

2. Add the items you would like to order to your cart.

3. Proceed to checkout.

4. Enter your assigned gift card code at checkout.

5. The gift card balance will automatically apply to your order.

Important Notes:

• Gift cards apply only to apparel items.

• Shipping costs are covered by Weatherguard, so employees will not be charged shipping at checkout.

• Sales tax is calculated automatically based on the shipping address.

ORDERING MARKETING MATERIALS

Weatherguard provides employees with their first set of printed materials at no cost (each subsequent order will be charged back accordingly).

For the following items, the cost will automatically zero out at checkout, meaning employees will not need to enter a promo code or payment information.

• Business Cards

• Yard Signs

• Door Hangers

Important Note: Weatherguard will cover the cost for your first set of Yard Signs, Business Cards and Door Hangers. Employees may place additional orders at any time, but those subsequent orders will be tracked and charged back through Weatherguard according to company policy.

QR CODE FOR INDIVIDUAL YARD SIGN

A QR code is required for personalized yard signs. Please upload a screenshot of your Spotio business card QR code.

How to find your QR code:

1. Open the Spotio app

2. Tap the “+” button at the bottom of the screen

3. Select “Share Business Card”. If you have multiple cards, choose the one you want to use

Once your QR code is displayed, take a screenshot and upload it using the “Choose File” button under “QR Code Upload”

CHECKOUT PROCESS

When you are ready to place an order:

1. Add your desired items to the cart.

2. Enter your gift card code if ordering apparel.

3. Printed materials will automatically zero out if included in the cart.

4. Confirm your shipping information.

5. Submit the order.

***No payment will be required from employees during checkout***

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Once your order is placed:

• Apparel orders will be processed and shipped directly to the shipping address provided.

• Printed materials will be produced and shipped accordingly.

• Shipping notifications and tracking information will be sent to the email address on file once orders ship.
